4. Ownership Transfers

When transferring digital ownership to another party, users are responsible for ensuring the security of their accounts. OnClaimed provides the tools to record these transfers within our secure central database to maintain the chain of custody.

5. Limitation of Liability

OnClaimed is provided "as is." While we strive for 100% uptime and the highest security, we are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access, temporary server outages, or user error in managing ownership claims.
